This is a lovely dainty 9ct gold open heart pendant. One half is encrusted with pave set diamonds and the other with 3 channel set sapphires. The pendant is hallmarked for 9ct gold on the bale, weighs 0.88g and the heart measures approx 1cmx1cm. This pendant will go well with a fine lightweight gold chain or equally could be added to any charm stack to provide a lovely sparkle.
