An ornate 9ct four opal ring with a central pink spinel. Opal are oval cut and measure 5mmx4mm. Spinel is approx 1mm. Shoulders have pretty consecutive chevron engravings. Fully hallmarked with internation import markings too. Assayed in Birmingham, UK, weighs 3.66g, size O-P, US 71/2, but easily sizable.
